Albany County

With so much history in our state’s capital, you’ll want to see as much of the city as you can. Johnson Hall State Historic Site

An important figure in the history of colonial New York, William Johnson’s relationship with the Iroquois greatly strengthened the British monarchy’s power in North America. History buffs can visit Johnson’s estate, built in 1763, where he lived with his wife, Molly Brant, and their eight children.

 

Rensselaer County

June Farms

Located on a scenic 120 acre farm, June Farms is the perfect place to rest up after a full day of exploring the Capital-Saratoga Region. There are several styles of cabins available to rent, and guests can enjoy The Pony Barn, a charming cocktail lounge serving delicious wood-fired pizzas.
