A six course culinary masterpiece, the 8th Anniversary dinner will be prepared by the Festival Signature Chefs: Aj Jayapal, Brian Molino, Dominique Brialy, Jaime Ortiz, Jared Margopoulo, Jim Rua, Marla Ortega, Mark D. Graham, Rachael Mabb, Ric Orlando, Yono Purnomo – paired with premium wines selected and provided by Empire Merchants North. Special Guest Chefs Stratton Sokaris & Lou Agostinello from Athos Restaurant will create traditional Greek Appetizers. Music provided by Park Playhouse and Hamilton Street. Live and silent auctions.
